Platinum Relief Registration Transfer & Lamination Films

Concise IntroductionPlatinum Relief: Unlike traditional flat holographic patterns, this features a 3D dimensional holographic design. It utilizes UV casting (UV molding) rather than conventional thermal pressing to reproduce the platinum relief effect, delivering an immense visual impact. Unlike the ""localized spot transfer"" of traditional hot stamping foils, the transfer/lamination process achieves full-board, edge-to-edge metallization—a single lamination pass grants the entire packaging board a continuous, uniform, high-gloss holographic metallic finish. Two process routes meet diverse needs: The Transfer Process involves peeling away the PET carrier film after the metallic functional layer is transferred, resulting in a thinner, lighter product ideal for fine post-print processing. The Lamination Process permanently bonds the entire film to the substrate, providing higher structural strength perfectly suited for heavy-duty rigid boxes and premium book bindings.Process Advantages• Full-Board Metallic Coverage: Completes full-sheet lamination in a single pass with absolutely no seam lines, ensuring perfect visual continuity.• High-Relief Diffraction Structure: Embedded micro-embossed holographic patterns flash dynamically with light angles, delivering intense 3D dimensionality.• Dual-Process Flexibility: Flexible choice between Transfer or Lamination routes to seamlessly adapt to diverse post-press processing needs.• Exceptional Print Compatibility: Fully supports direct inline overprinting on the film surface via UV offset, screen, flexo, or gravure presses.• Secondary Foiling Support: Localized hot stamping can be applied directly over the laminated/transferred film to achieve a premium ""Holographic Base + Spot Metallic Stamping"" dual-decoration effect.• Extensive Pattern Library: 150+ standard designs available, with exclusive custom patterns supported. Maximum web width supports up to 1,650mm.Application FieldsPremium Gift Box Full-Coverage MetallicPremium Spirits Deluxe Gift BoxesLuxury Goods PackagingFestive & Limited-Edition PackagingPremium Bookbinding · Art Books · Magazine CoversApplicable SubstratesCoated Paper · Card · Composite Board · Greyboard;Substrates for hardcover book coversNot applicable: Uncoated paper with rough surface
